Welcome to season 2 of Share Your Health Wealth!  I took some time off for some rest, some work, some rejuvenation and some change regarding my business focus but my passion for the podcast has not waivered and I'm really excited to get back to it and what a great start to season today!
 Steve joins me and shares so much health wealth about his experience with depression, finding a therapist, and changing lifestyle habits!  He shares how depression impacted him,  what he is doing now and how he got to today.  This is what it's all about....helping other people through the sharing part, the wisdom gained part and learning something too by telling the story.
