Episode 11: Dan S

today I interview Dan from California and we discuss a number of funny things (like how the food we ate growing up in the 70's and 80's did NOT do our bodies good) to some topics that anyone in the world can relate to such as not thinking of health until something bad happens, to using avoidance like a pro and how a few changes here and there, a few minutes here and there can literally transform your body, your mind and your spirit. As someone who legitimately works 12 to 16 hours a day, his journey will inspire us all. Spoken with honesty, humor and a journey that pretty much everyone will see themselves in, Dan is a true storyteller.
